ARI PARRITZ

Ari Parritz created Afton Park in 2021 and is the firm’s Founder and President.  In this role Ari sources, designs, entitles, finances, and manages new projects, and he serves in the same capacity in collaboration with other established developers.  Prior to founding Afton Park Ari was the Development Director for Chicago based Vermilion Development, focused on new construction institutional quality multifamily housing projects in the Chicago and Twin Cities areas.  Ari has developed nearly 1,000 units of multifamily housing over his 7 year development career, including mixed-use projects and for-sale condominiums.  

Ari began his career as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting.  He earned his BA from the University of Michigan with a focus in Public Policy, and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University focused in real estate and finance.  Ari currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Grand Avenue Business Association and on various other Boards in the Twin Cities Jewish community. Ari has served on the Young Leader board of the Urban Land Institute and in 2019 Ari was named one of Finance and Commerce’s Rising Young Professionals.

A Twin Cities native, Ari lives in St. Paul with his wife and two daughters, who keep him endlessly delighted and busy.
